Salaar: Part 1- Day 9 global box office receipts for Ceasefire: Under Hombale Films, Vijay Kiragandur is the producer of the Prashanth Neel-directed movie. Trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan announced on X on Sunday that Salaar had surpassed the ₹575 crore milestone worldwide. The movie, which stars Prabhas, was released in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi theaters on December 22.

Manobala posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, saying, “Salaar WW (global box office)… The first part of Prabhas’ Salaar, Ceasefire, is approaching the ₹600 crore revenue milestone. 176.52 crore on day 1, 101.39 crore on day 2, 95.24 crore on day 3, 76.91 crore on day 4, 40.17 crore on day 5, 31.62 crore on day 6, 20.78 crore on day 7, 14.21 crore on day 8, and 21.45 crore on day 9. ₹ 578.29 crore in total.” He also posted the movie’s poster.

The epic action film made ₹178.7 crore on its first day, according to Hombale Films, which broke the record for the highest earnings of any Indian release in 2023. The movie’s first-day earnings also exceeded that of Shah Rukh Khan’s two 2023 blockbusters, Pathaan and Jawan, which, on its respective opening days, brought in ₹106 crore and ₹129.6 crore in global box office revenue. It also surpassed Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, which took in ₹116 crore on its first day.
