The Civic Federation published an official statement on their website announcing the tragic death of Laurence Msall.

Additionally, the federation tweeted about this information using the handle @CivicFederation. “We are heartbroken to convey the news of the passing of our president, Laurence Msall, who passed away this afternoon surrounded by family due to complications from surgery,” reads the post.
