The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, which is built on TSMC’s 4nm process and is more energy-efficient and marginally more powerful than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, is confirmed to power the foldable. The device is believed to be available in two RAM and storage configurations: 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage.
A 4,730mAh battery with cable charging at 80W & wireless charging at 50W would also be included. This charging rate is a little bit faster than the X Fold’s 67W.
Camera
The forthcoming foldable is rumoured to have the same camera arrangement as the Vivo X Fold. This indicates that a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.75 aperture and OIS capability will be found in the Samsung GN5. A 48-megapixel ultra wide-angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture, a 12-megapixel portrait lens with a 47mm focal length, and a 5-megapixel periscopic telephoto lens with a 5x optical zoom and up to 60x digital zoom would be used with the primary sensor. There might be a 16-megapixel sensor on the front.
