The company has not yet confirmed a launch date, but the device has been spotted receiving multiple certifications, indicating that it will be available soon. The tablet has recently visited the websites of SIRIM, BIS, and SGS Fimko certification. Here are the specifics.

Redmi Pad Specifications

Previous leaks and rumours have helped us form a positive image of the Redmi Pad. The tablet is expected to have an 11.2-inch LCD display with a 2K resolution. It is said to be powered by a MediaTek MT8781 chipset with up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage onboard.

It could have a 7,800mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. In terms of optics, the pad may have a single 8-megapixel rear camera with no LED flash. On the software front, it is expected to run the Android 12 operating system with the MIUI Pad 13 skin on top. According to a recent TDRA listing, the tablet will be available in both cellular and Wi-Fi-only models.

According to a recent report, the Redmi Pad cellular model could cost up to 350 Euros in Europe. Furthermore, a recent leak revealed that the Redmi Pad’s Wi-Fi-only variant will cost 71.9 Kuwaiti Dinars (approximately $235/Rs 18,800).
