OnePlus initially launched only flagship phones in its early years, but quickly expanded to mid-range models to appeal to a broader audience. The latest entry in its Nord series could be in the works now.

According to a new report, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer is already working on a OnePlus Nord 3 successor. According to reports, the device is currently being tested in India under the codename ‘Larry.’ In other words, the new mid-range smartphone will go into mass production soon, with a launch following shortly after. Unfortunately, further information about this handset is still unavailable. However, we can anticipate significant improvements over the previous generation. The Nord 2T was the last Nord series phone to be released in India, and it sports a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz.

It was powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC and had a triple camera setup on the back with a Sony IMX766 sensor as the primary camera. For the latest news, follow us on Google News

As a result, we can expect the company to use a newer generation MediaTek chipset with the successor, as well as some camera improvements. It’s also possible that the Nord series will only receive a minor upgrade, rather than a complete redesign. Remember that this is still just speculation, so take it with a grain of salt and stay tuned for more updates.
