If a new teaser is any indication, the OnePlus Pad tablet may be the fifth product to launch on February 7 in India. Next month, in New Delhi, OnePlus will hold its first significant global launch event of 2023. The OnePlus 11 5G, OnePlus 11R 5G, OnePlus Buds Pro 2, and OnePlus TV 65 Q2 Pro are already scheduled to go on sale, according to the company. Now it appears that the long-rumored OnePlus tablet may also be officially unveiled at the same launch event. Follow For More Updates at satiknews.com
Launch of the OnePlus tablet in India is confirmed?
The “What’s More” section of the event’s OnePlus Cloud 11 microsite lists an illustration that resembles a tablet’s bezels. What more can you expect? is the caption OnePlus used to mask this. According to reports, OnePlus had listed the product as the “OnePlus Pad,” but the tab’s name has since been changed. In a different teaser, the OnePlus 11 and Buds Pro 2 are seen resting on top of what appears to be a tablet.
While there are no concrete signs of what the product might be, rumors have provided some hints as to what it might offer. Reportedly, the OPPO Pad, which has already been released in China, may have been rebadged as the OnePlus Pad. While OPPO serves the low-cost Android tablet market with its OPPO Pad Air, this could provide the company with a mid-range tablet to sell in India.
If it turns out that the OnePlus Pad is the OPPO Pad, it might have features like an 11-inch 2K+ display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC, up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, an 8,360mAh battery, and 33W fast charging. The OnePlus Pad in question, which has already been seen being tested in the nation, is also planned to be the company’s first tablet there.
