The Poco M5 is a new smartphone from Poco that has been released in India as part of the M-series. The new Poco M5 has a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging and is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset.
In India, the POCO M5 will be offered in two different configurations: 4GB+64GB for Rs 12,499 and 6GB+128GB for Rs 14,499. It will be available in the colors POCO Yellow, Icy Blue, and Power Black. Starting on September 13, it will be accessible on Flipkart.
ICICI and Axis Bank card users may take advantage of a flat discount of Rs 1,500 as part of the Flipkart Big Billion Day sale and limited-time offer, bringing the price down to Rs 10,999 for the lower model and Rs 12,999 for the higher variant.
Additionally, customers will receive a free 1-year membership to Disney+ Hotstar as well as a free 6-month screen protector.
Specifications of the Poco M5
The 6.58-inch full-HD+ display on the Poco M5 has a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels. Additionally, there is a hole punch in the front, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, a peak brightness of 600 nits, and a 90Hz refresh rate. The front of it is shielded by Gorilla Glass 3.

Under the hood of the phone is a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC. It comes with 128GB of internal UFS 2.2 storage and up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM. Moreover, a microSD card may be used to increase the storage (up to 1TB).
The device also includes a triple-back camera configuration. There is a 50-megapixel main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, a 2-megapixel portrait and 2-megapixel macro shooter, and three additional cameras with f/2.4 apertures. There is an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
With the MIUI 13 layer on top, Android 12 powers the smartphone. Finally, it has a 5,000mAh battery with 18W rapid charging capability. The gadget comes with a 22.5W charger. 4G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and a USB-C connection for charging are all available forms of connectivity.
