Carter High School and went on to obtain a BA in Pastoral Ministries from Dallas Baptist University, followed by a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership at Criswell College.
He served as the first Vice President of the Missionary General Baptist Convention of Texas State Congress and was well-known in the religious world. His empathy, insight, and commitment to serve others made him an invaluable spiritual leader.
